Our dispatch team strives to ship your order within 24-48 hours of your initial purchase. Shipping times vary by location, with international packages typically taking 5-10 days and national packages taking 4-12 days, depending on the selected shipping option.

Where do you ship from?

All orders are dispatch from the Gold Coast. Our items are never shipped from outside Australia to ensure you get your item fast and hassle-free.

Do the LED Glasses include batteries?

Yes, every pair of Dark Glow LED Party Glasses includes 2 batteries.

How do I use my Dark Glow LED Party Glasses?

This is quite simple. Follow these steps below:

  1. Confirm that both batteries have been inserted correctly (see FAQ below for guidance).
  2. Press both of the small black buttons on the side of the Glasses.
  3. To achieve sequenced color matching, press both LEDs at the same time when turning the Glasses on.
  4. Now, press the button to enjoy cycling through all 7 colors and 4 flashing modes.
  5. To turn off the Glasses hold down both buttons for 2-3 seconds.

How do I activate the batteries in my Dark Glow LED Party Glasses?

This is quite simple. Follow these steps below:

  1. Pull out both white plastic tabs on both sides the of the glasses.
  2. Now read the above FAQ to enjoy using your Dark Glow Led Party Glasses.

How do I replace the batteries?

You're in luck! We offer replacement batteries on our products page in the unlikely event that you run out of batteries.

This is quite simple. Follow these steps below:

  1. Slide back both tabs on the side of the glasses to open the battery compartment.
  2. Remove both batteries by using the cut out to the right of the battery to assist removal.
  3. Insert both batteries with the text facing upwards, by sliding them into the outlined hole and pressing down firmly.
  4. Slide the tabs back onto the glasses and press firmly until clicked in.
